A Review of B.J Novak’s “One More Thing: Stories and Other Stories”

To start off let me tell you this is a book of short stories written by the comedian and former “The Office (US)” actor B.J Novak.

My favourite story was “The man who invented the calendar”

Ok so now I can review the rest of the book.

The book had an interesting array of short stories which ranged from funny, sad, interesting, funny and thoughtful, sappy (sad and happy), inconclusive, and some were just weird.

In other words read this if you’re feeling blue , it’ll cheer you up. Read it if you’re feeling confused and unsettled (well read it because I was on holiday and was bound to take a lot of breaks drinking coffee and whatnot so it was my main summer read along with John Scalzi’s Agent to the stars (which By the way is a MUST READ).

Read One more thing: stories and other stories as soon as you get your  hands on it.

If you’re into sci-fi but don’t mind light sci fi with gelatine-like aliens then please read Agent to the Stars I honestly could not put it down.
